“Schedule Three Interior Rooms, Get Your Front Door On Us”

 

This special offer is made by Color Unlimited Painting and is governed by the following terms. Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms.

 

1. Offer Details

 

  • Offer: A complimentary Front Door Repaint (the “Promotional Service”) will be provided when the client schedules and confirms payment for a qualifying Interior Repaint Project (the “Qualifying Project”).

  • Qualifying Project Minimum: The base bid price for the interior repaint portion of the project must equal or exceed Three Thousand Dollars ($3,000.00), excluding sales tax and any other fees.

  • Duration: This offer is valid for project bids accepted and contracts signed between [Start Date] and 12/30/2025. The offer is subject to Color Unlimited Painting’s scheduling availability.

 

2. Promotional Service Limitations

 

  • Maximum Value: The value of the complimentary Front Door Repaint is capped at Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00), inclusive of both labor and materials.

  • Scope: The Promotional Service is limited to one (1) standard single entry door (exterior face only). This excludes side lights, transoms, or surrounding frame work outside the door slab itself.

  • Materials: The door will be finished with premium exterior enamel as specified by Color Unlimited Painting’s standard product schedule for door repaints, not to exceed the maximum value stated above.

 

3. Conditions of Acceptance

 

  • Yard Sign Placement: The client must agree to allow Color Unlimited Painting to place a professional yard sign on the property for the entire duration of the project, including preparation and clean-up days, and for a period of up to fourteen (14) days following the project’s completion.

  • Three Room Minimum: The Qualifying Project must include the painting of walls in a minimum of three (3) distinct, separate interior rooms within the home.

 

4. Exclusions and Limitations

 

  • This offer is valid for new estimates only and cannot be applied retroactively to projects already under contract.

  • This offer cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, or coupons.

  • If the cost of the front door repaint exceeds $500.00, the client will be responsible for the difference in cost.

  • The offer holds no cash value and cannot be exchanged for a credit or discount on the Qualifying Project.

  • In the event the project is canceled by the client, the promotional offer is void.
